My Participation to the Society of Botanical Artists “Plantae 2026” Online Exhibition

The Society of Botanical Artists (SBA) “Plantae 2026” online exhibition celebrates the beauty and diversity of the plant kingdom through outstanding botanical art.

The exhibition encompasses the entire plant kingdom, depicted in a variety of media, including watercolour, oil, gouache, acrylic, graphite, coloured pencil, pen and ink. Each piece reflects botanical accuracy, artistic excellence, and originality.

The call for entries closed on the 31 March 2026. With nearly 1200 entries, the judges were busy in reducing the number to 466. All the work is judged anonymously.

My drawing of Iris versicolor seed pods (image #321 in the list) is part of the exhibition, which runs throughout June 2026. A printed catalog is available.
